SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm (GMT +8).

DELIVERY FEES AND TIME

Starting from 9 June 2023, Mia Maia will adjust the shipping fee structures for the shipments sent from all regions (Exclude Hong Kong).

DUTIES & TAXES

Hong Kong & Macau: there would be no customs and import duties and taxes.

China: We cover all customs and import duties and taxes on a claim basis. You may be charged for duties and taxes as the order passes through customs. Please kindly pay the tax in advanced.

It is important to keep the tax record from custom, after that contact our customer services for claiming of duties and taxes.

United States: We cover all customs and import duties and taxes.

Other countries/regions: Parcels are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers may be charged for duties and taxes by local customs.

Any duties and taxes on a parcel must be paid by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office duties and taxes before you order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you do not receive the confirmation email within a day of signing up, please check your BULK, JUNK, or SPAM E-mail folder. The confirmation email may have chance appearing in the BULK, JUNK, or SPAM E-mail folder.

It is preferred to use Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo mail for account registration that the email has less chance to fall into BULK, JUNK, or SPAM E-mail folder.

ORDER TRACKING

After order dispatched, you will receive an order shipped notification by email or SMS which contain all shipping information, including tracking no., you can trace the tacking no. in courier official website.

If the tracking no. is not showing any record, please try later since it takes time to synchronize information.
